my issue was lactose in milk. what a relief when my friend heard that and passed on to me. I use to run to take a dump after every meal. No More. There are lactose free milk, best i switched to almond milk.

Did you run to the bathroom even when you didn’t drink milk after every meal ?

I didnt drink milk with my meal then. But I had a glass of milk early in the morning and also used regular milk for coffee. Then I switched to lactose free milk, i had no issues after that. What a relief.

Do you have IBS? Is that the cause for your other issues ? Do you have anxiety and or depression as well?
