Tricks No 3. Relaxation.

A exercise I doo regular.

Lie on your bed alone

Take a deep breath in to the count of 4, hold for the count of 4, breath out to the count of 4. Repeat 7 times.

Focus on your right arm let it relax from your fingers to your shoulder, move up and down your arm feeling it relax more and more, do this until you feel a tingle in your fingers. give it the no 8

Focus on your left arm repeat the same process as your other arm, give it the number 7.

Focus on your right leg again relax it in your mind from the toes to the hip, until your toes tingle or you feel heat in your foot. Give it the no 6

Focus on your left leg repeat the same as the other leg. Give it the number 5.

Focus on your abdomen relax it in your mind feel all tension drain away, do this until you feel a warmth in your stomach. Give it the number 4.

Focus on your chest feel the muscles relax. Give it the number 3.

Focus on your neck and shoulders, feel all the tension and stress drain away, let the relaxation move down your spine relaxing all your nervous system, Give it the number 2

Focus on your Head, feel your scalp relax then your forehead relaxes the muscles around your eyes let them relax, relax your cheeks, relax you jaw let go of all the tension. Give it the number 1.

Now your whole body should be feeling warm and relaxed free of all tension and stress.

Now count slowly 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Your body will respond to the count relaxing each limb again.

Do the breathing exercise again.

Now how do you feel you should be relaxed and calm feels good .

You can use the count from 8 to 1 when you are feeling anxiety or stress anytime any were.

Bye the way I was having trouble keep waking up ever 2 hours last night I used brain talk and slept 8 hours without waking. !!!!!!

Remember do it every day the more you do it the better it works.

Great exercises. Similar to meditation start, but meditation - you should sit down

yes. I do it lying down, but once you have done it a few times you can do the count from 8 to 1 any were any position you choose, any situation no one will know only you and you will be able to function better and be calmer.
