Most days it's hard to get out of bed and gather interest to do something. It's also hard when anxiety/panic kicks in along with several insecurities.

I know what you mean. I have to force myself to get out of bed and in reality have to force myself to do anything. I don't enjoy anything anymore. But I'm not giving up. Here is a (((Hug)))
Thanks for the response How are you coping with it? could you please share...
Thank you =)
Well when I first wake up I can tell I'm not going back to sleep. And I feel worst if I just lay there, so I tell myself go ahead and get it over with and get up. So I do. Then I get my coffee and go outside and try to distract myself from worrying but it's hard. Then I usually read and force myself to try to find something to do to stay busy, go to the gym, grocery store, get on computer, etc. But it's hard.
“I have to just get up when the alarm goes off” is what I tell myself. I get anxiety the moment my eyes open. I push myself out of bed though and take my meds, put my essential oils into my diffuser, make coffee, turn on The Office and sit on the couch. If I’m watching something I’m comfortable with, that helps. I go right onto this site and share or talk to people. I try to take things slowly in the morning. I don’t want to rush into anything and work myself up. My anxiety medication kicks in during this time. So that helps big time. I hope some of what I said helped. Sending you hugs 🤗
i get that, its like a sudden rush of just feeling completely overwhelmed. everything in your head contradicts what you have to do or what you should feel about yourself. just remember that feelings are not always facts!
My first thought after reading your post here is to ask if you have had your hormones checked recently by a functional doctor to see if any of them are out of balance. Until I learned just how badly chemical imbalances can distort any person's view of themselves and their goals for life, I would have never known the importance of their function as they relate to our over-all well being.
Hormone imbalance is one reason why you may be feeling so sluggish and unmotivated. Have you had your adrenal glands checked also? The natural cycle for cortisol levels is to be higher in the mornings, giving us the fresh start, and then tapering off as we get closer to bed time. It's the body'y natural rhythm that keeps the cycle going.
Are you monitoring the foods you eat and eating fresh foods only? You would be utterly amazed at how the wrong foods can mess up our gut and trigger a whole domino effect of problems. 70% of serotonin is made in the gut, so it's important to protect it's ability to work in our favor.
What kinds of things do you like to do for yourself? Everyone has hobby's and activities they are naturally good at. I would love to know what yours are!
Talking to a Christian counselor will help you categorize all the compartments of your life, and break them down so you can see exactly where you are troubled the most. I have found talking to be a type of self therapy because it gives me a chance to connect with someone who genuinely cares, and all human beings need to know their worth and value, right?
Thanks for letting me share my thoughts here, and if you want to talk more, feel free to get in touch.
I want to do so many things in life you know but there so many obstacles in the way.. I would love to travel a lot , stay healthy and have fun. I want to boost up my confidence level and courage..

Thanks for listening...
Thanks for writing back! You have a great list of things you want to do! Not sure I can help you out with the traveling, but I would very happy to offer some health tips if you'd like. Diet and lifestyle can be better managed when we are educated and understand how food and exercise affect our bodies. Do you do your own grocery shopping?
I worked a long time to boost my confidence too. And do you know what I did to help that? I volunteered! Yes, volunteering is an amazing way to get involved in people's lives and it also makes you realize just how much you do have. I would strongly encourage you to consider finding a place where you can give of yourself and experience just how rewarding it is.
There is an old saying that goes something like, "You like what you're good at, and you're good at what you like!" God has given you special gifts and talents that when recognized, come naturally and effortlessly. Do you know what your are?
I hope to hear back from you!
Some of the health tips I implement are centered around my hormones, because I need to keep them in balance, and choose to do this without drugs. Coming from a background of generations of bipolar mental illness and depression, I made it my goal in life to become educated about how the body, mind, soul, and spirit all work in unison, and when one is hurting, the rest hurt as well.
At the top of the list for managing hormone fluctuations, I would say diet and exercise are the most important aspects to focus on. I removed all sugar, alcohol, processed foods (which by the way have so many chemicals in them that cause hormone disruptions), caffeine, preservatives (which are chemicals also), GMOs, gluten, and dairy from my diet. Yes, it sounds ridiculously strict, and borderline impossible, but I was desperate to feel well, and this helps.
Check for progesterone in all your skin care products. Progesterone will mess you up if your levels are too high.
Exercise helps the release of serotonin, which is a neurotransmitter considered to be called a "feel-good" hormone. Set some simple goals for exercising each day.
Turkey is high in tryptophan, an essential amino acid, and is a precursor of serotonin synthesis. High dietary tryptophan play a huge role when it comes to anxiety, mood, and depression, because it can give you relief from the symptoms of each of these.Take tryptophan at bedtime with a slice of simple carbohydrate (like an apple slice) – the carbohydrate will increase insulin levels and insulin will promote tryptophan absorption in the brain.

I sure hope some of this helps. Don't get overwhelmed at the amount of information on this topic, pick one that makes sense to you and set small reachable goals.
