What are your suggestions for an upset stomach due to anxiety? I usually drink tea and use essential oils. Anything else natural that would help? Oh, I also take probiotics. Thanks!

Worrywort, ginger can help settle an upset stomach. I found some Ginger Gum at the drugstore in the pharmaceutical section. It did help xx
Try some unseasoned crackers, dry, with spring water. An old remedy that I used for my now adult kids when they were young. Personally, although I love ginger, it doesn't help with my upset stomach. Maybe it is because acid causes my upset, so the crackers work for me.
I'll tell you what I do as I have a lot of nausea with my migraines...ginger root in a chamomile tea with honey. Peppermint oil drops in tea also help. I also drink gingerale.
