It is amazing for sure. Basically if you think about something for example a corvette, you’ll look at a picture of it daily and eventually it will come your way. Is that an example of the Netflix documentary your watching ?

Yes that’s exactly it!! So by me always focusing on anxiety and depression I’m attracting Moreno of that in my life. If I think about who I want to be everyday then eventually I’ll be just that which is HAPPY and ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION FREE. Haha!

I think that would work on the cognitive behavior aspect of anxiety. For example being afraid of getting an elevator. But remember those of us with generalized anxiety are missing the segment of GABA , for example that’s what benzodiazepine fill that missing GABA. I think it would work for depression as depression in most cases come from negative thoughts or situations in life.
