Anyone have experience taking Kava Kava for anxiety? Did it help? I’m looking for natural alternatives to ease my anxiety and have yet to find one that works consistently for me. Thanks!

I am looking for some natural things to help with anxiety as well. I hope you find some! I will have to research this kava kava. I’ve never heard of it.
yes I did try kava kava... made my lips tingle... but that was about it. I am currently still trying CBD oil.... it was okay... nothing strong, there's no THC so no high, and legal of course, but I was using only 5% and it's more effective at 10-15%... but did calm me somewhat, I will have to mail order a stronger oil and see if it's more effective....
