Newmemb, reading your profile explains where all that anxiety is coming from.
Apparently, making a commitment to someone is not as important to all people which is only showing immaturity on his part. If it starts now, the chances of it changing in marriage are nil.
As difficult as it is right now, it is your time to get out of the situation before your anger takes over and you regret what you may do. No one should ever be treated with disrespect where love is involved. You owe that to yourself. I'm glad you found this group so that we can support you and comfort you through one of the most difficult positions to be in, affairs of the heart. We truly care. xx
