Last night, my spouse was trying to pick a fight with me so annoying. I said “Hey, listen not worth it. If I made a comment you got offended I’m sorry” Let’s not continue with this. Any-who, I got up today at 4am and mediated for 40 minutes outside on my patio. I put a yoga mat down on the ground and lay. Then I close my eyes and played 3 different guided meditations. I got mine from the MoodTools app. I feel so so much better, calmer and peaceful for the moment anyway. Fam still asleep over here. But it was wonderful I must try this more often. Sharing my personal mindful practice with you guys
