Sometimes an anxiety attack, depression wave or hysterical cry can cause you to be stuck in one spot, able to move for a few seconds and gasp in a couple breaths and then be brought back to the frozen state of hurt.

You’re completely right. I’m okay now, my down has turned into straight, I’m working on going up. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I’ve been wanting to start a garden so I have my own flowers to take to my dads grave. Any tips?
