Going back to work

I’m going back to work tonight for the first time in a month since my anxiety flared up. I thought I was excited about going back but now I just feel anxious and nauseous. What if I’m not ready?!

It’s ok if you’re not ready. However, I have this odd feeling that you are. How long is your shift?

Oh very cool!! How did it go?

I need quiet time to myself before I go to work to get my mind straight! My drive is around 40 mins and I use this time as well if I need it. Like the broken record that I am...think positively and positive things will happen! 🌺🌞🌺

This happened to me when I had the flu and panic attacks in January. You'll be surprised at how quickly everyone makes you feel comfortable again. You're going back to a place with people you know, and a routine you're used to. It'll be good for your mind to have something to occupy it. You can do this!!!

You never know until you try. Remember to make your mornings all about you so work isn't on your mind upon waking. I know the feeling all too well. Good luck!
