Today was another pretty difficult day but it was a different difficult than yesterday. Once again my day ended feeling better than when it started. Thanks everyone for being a part of this group. I Look to it several times a day and it really does help sp thank you all! I'm looking forward to a weekend of rest and relaxation. Hoping everybody else will do the same.

I’m so glad your day ended better than it started. Difficult days are no fun and so draining. I also come here daily and it is so therapeutic to connect with such amazing and caring people who truly understand. This is my comfy safe place that lights my darkest moments.
