Hi, It's an extremely long story. I've sorted out the issue with my partner and his ex. I got it out of the way by giving him one last chance and trusting him that he no longer has communication with her. Now that I got that out of the way, his mother came into the picture. We speak the same language but we also have different dialects. I have asked my partner if he can speak to his mother to at least avoid speaking In the dialect when I am around because I don't understand them and I'm a bit paranoid right now. I just gave birth 5 months ago which is already making me feel very self-conscious. Of course because of how my body turned out. The stretch marks and all those BS. Other than this they speak the same dialect as his ex which makes me feel that she dislikes me and likes the ex better. Since she has been asked politely I thought that she would at least lessen the time she speaks in the dialect, but she did the opposite. From the time she was confronted by my partner, she started talking more in their dialect. I can't help but feel unwelcomed in my own house now, which I believe is unfair. Because of this, I have decided to go home to my family. I feel hurt because as far as how it was for me, they are now a part of my family, yet she treated me this way which is extremely unfair. I don't know if deciding to go home is the right choice, but I'm going through a lot of stress right now and this has once again placed my relationship with my partner in the opposite direction from happiness.

What's happening with you right now? You must be rather young if that's giving you such a surprise. In my life, every time I thought things were just perfect, the proverbial brick through the window came in and everything was messed up again. It happens over and over in life. The only thing you can do with it is head it off at the pass. Happy days to you.

Hi, Thank you for your response. Actually, I'm not young at all, I'm in my late 20's, but this is the first time that I have been treated so poorly that it makes me feel less of a person. Life has been difficult, but this is the only time that I cannot find that silver lining, and it is frustrating.
