New here. Alone. Again.

Trying to survive another Monday. Constantly feeling like I'm walking on the edge of a cliff and about to fall. Often, I just wish I could jump. Sometimes I'm just so weary from the battle. All my efforts feel futile and useless. Somehow I'm never good enough.

How do you shift gears? How do you find hope?

So sorry you feel this way. I totally get that feeling even though I’m sure I don’t ‘get’ everything you’ve been through.

To shift gears I take a few deep breaths, reach out to someone, and/or listen to music for a while.

Some fresh air and sunshine can really help me on the hardest days. Somehow hearing the birds sing or seeing trees/grass/a flower brings hope and refreshes my soul. I wish the same for you.

I call the crisis line on my breaks while at work.

I've had so many similar thoughts/feelings as that. Feeling that way now to tell the truth. Totally get the weariness. I sometimes go outside for a bit. change of air somehow sometimes shifts me slightly. 🙂 I should listen to my own advice more often 🙂
