Getting people around you to understand

How do you get people around you without anxiety to understand what youre truly going through. Im so alone yet surrounded by so many people who love me. Its so hard to explain to them its nothing they did, its just my anxiety that brings me down.

You can’t people without it can never really understand it but the good ones will try to. It not their fault just how it is.

I’ve found that most of the people close to me don’t understand my depression, but that’s ok because it’s my job to deal with my issues. I don’t waste my time trying to get those around me to understand. They don’t get it because they don’t have it! I just work on myself and let the rest either fall into place or not. Just focus on what you need to do to help yourself!

Hi I agree with the others. The question I will ask you if you didn't suffer from it would you understand? My advice is not to keep bashing your head against a wall as some people even these days don't believe depression or anxiety exists. x

Hey Elizabeth_09... believe me, i am also on your situation. It is not a something new to me. Its hard for me also to tell people whats really going on with me or even talk to new people. I am a very shy person, but sometimes i found my own way to interact to new people, or interact to people who actually really loves me, so they can understand what we’ve been through. Hang in there beauty, if i can do it, you can do it! Big hugssssss 💗✨
