I just dont feel anything,,,

no matter what I do i just dont feel anything so everyday I just let thr day pass by without feeling anything...

nothing happen in my life really..I have no friends nothing..when i was young i just stare at walls all the time..

it sounds like depression, I'm not a doctor though....are you seeing a doctor or therapist?

a lot of people ask if your seeing a therapist not to fob you off because they don't know what else to say...but it's really because we are not professionals...just others like yourself who need help too....it helped me a lot when I found someone who could explain why I felt sad and had no drive all the time....it's depression, it's a chemical imbalance, and it's not our fault. There is no quick fix though, or magic pill to take it away....it's gonna take some work, and when your not feeling like doing anything...it's like a mountain to climb...but really....it's not if you want to really feel better....just baby steps and eventually you will get there. You wouldn't be sharing unless you wanted some help or suggestions on what others like yourself did to get better...I may be wrong....you may have already tried various things and it just hasn't worked for you. Sharing for me does help....I hope it helps a little for you.
