Recommendations on Daily Planners for ADHD

I’m old school and prefer using an actual planner than an app on my phone. Definitely use a different color of pen for certain things. I’ve seen planners that each page is dedicated to one day with to do lists, etc. just Wondered if anyone has any they like and works for them. Especially ones that have time on it (like you would see in an appointment book) Hope that made as much sense in your head as it did as mine lol. Thanks 😀

I use a dry erase board with the seven days of the week. I plan every Sunday night what I need to do for the week. I don’t like apps either. I also don’t like online catalogues. I like to do counted cross stitch and it is way faster to thumb through a physical catalogue to find the supplies I need than wait for a screen to load.

I also have a written appointment book. I couldn't live without it. I also write "to-do" lists when I'm super busy or super lazy. I love shopping online and use the Internet for a lot of things, but my planner and task lists keep my life in order pretty well. I'm not OCD enough to use different color pens, though that would be very helpful!
