I keep having panic attacks lately. I can’t calm down. I had a wonderful weekend and was happy basically the entire time and was calm enough to sleep—so may naps! But now that my weekend company has gone back to his home and my roommate is back home from a convention, my depression and anxiety have hit me again like a truck. I’ve been having mini attacks left and right, even one of them hitting me mid-drive as I was taking my company home.
