There’s a magnesium powder called Calm at some drug stores and all health food stores (more brands than just Calm) that is good for anxiety. You just stir a teaspoon into juice or water, it’s fizzy and good. Epsom salt baths are a great way for your body to absorb vital, relaxing magnesium. Also, melatonin at night and lemon balm tea, it’s a natural sedative. GABA is a natural neurotransmitter used to calm the mind, I use the chewable from NOW. And YouTube has hypnotherapy sleep videos (they’re mainly audible) you fall asleep to them and they help you overcome blocks in your subconscious. Just a few more ideas for you.
lavender also calms...Valerian comes in combination with some other herbs and minerals in pill form at health foods stores as well.
