Tired

Still having trouble sleeping. What little sleep I am getting I wake up with a terrible migraine. Is it to much to ask for a full nights sleep?

This is exactly what landed me in the mental hospital 2 years ago. I just don’t wanna go back.

I hear ya Cat...I have always had trouble sleeping and do have cluster migranes...had them off and on for weeks....I have to just calm down...get in a dark room and lay my head down, just to get through the pain till it lightens up a bit...then get on with life. It's a hard thing to deal with and I feel for ya...hang in there girl....by the way....hows the therapy going?

I’ve only had one session so far. I wasn’t pleased with the first session due to the fact that my therapist was sick. I go back tomorrow. I’m hoping tomorrow will be better.

Oh ....so the second want was a no show for the therapist...well give them the benefit of the doubt...we have had a wave of different bug's going through the family....so are you going tomorrow you say...

relax....no he or she is working for you....be honest...let it all out like you do here...that's their job...and that way they will have a very clear picture ...they will have everything up front and know what to work with to help you...have faith in yourself woman...you can do this...and your going with an open mind...you'll be okay.
