Anxiety meds changed manufactures and now they’re not working??

Okay so I’ve been on escitalopram (generic for lexapro) for about 4-5 years now I believe. My local rite aid changed their pharmacy to Walgreens and therefore a new manufacturer. Since I started them, my anxiety and OCD has been severely triggered again & im curious if this could have anything to do with it or if anyone else had expierienced this. I read some posts online where multiple people had this happen even with this specific medication. I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow and explain this & hopefully find somewhere close by that uses the manufacture I used to use. Price chopper’s pharmacy? Walmart’s pharmacy? Etc? Any suggestions on which is a good one?
