Just curious when your anxiety is the worst? I usually wake up and began having negative thoughts. I go to work and things tend to calm down then once I’m back home around bed time the thoughts get bad again. I’m thinking been busy of course helps with the anxiety by keeping thoughts at bay. Anything anyone does daily for their anxiety either in the am or pm? Just curious.

Am is a true nightmare. Wake up early, but don’t get out of bed... so the thoughts and anxiety kick in. It takes a few hours lately to calm down. Thankfully the eve is a bit better.
