I recommend punching something but not a wall...how bout a pillow? write something that is causing you worry on a paper, put it on the pillow and punch that shit hard! I don't know...just saying.
Something that tends to be useful for me when I want to hit something is clay. I can throw it around and mash it up as much as I want.
