Lost my mommy was traveling to anouther state and was with her till 3 days prior to passing still grieving and very anxious person to begin

Two more deaths followed within days and I was present at both. Never seen a person pass away before well holding them mother-in-law and best friend. Too Much Too Fast Too Soon now having major medical problems wondering PTSD or what? Having to stay strong for a very large family of children and grandchildren

This is so much for you to take in and such horrendous grief. I really feel for you. I am so so sorry for your losses. It is not surprising that you are feeling how you are.

it will take time to accept and eventually move forwards. Be kind to yourself and if there is any bereavement counselling available maybe this would help you at this time. Gemma XXXXX
