Why does she only notice on the bad day's.

I have been trying to get better for a long time, but as soon as I mess up my mom notice and makes me feel bad about it. Like for example usually don't talk to people, but I have been making friends and stuff and trying my best to get out there. BUT AS SOON as I don't want to go somewhere she gets mad at me and tells me I don't try hard enough, but I am I really am.

That's the funny thing about parents. They will see that which they wish to see, it sounds like you just experience off days & that is totally fine! If it would help perhaps talk to your mom about what you are feeling? Tell her how you do have friends, how you do try hard enough you just feel off some days or hell some days you just don't wish to go out, I mean let's be honest sometimes just sitting back, & chilling can be quite relaxing! so I hope you settle the issue with your mother & that she come to see your side of the situation.
