I have been anxious an depressed my whole life with no ending in sight is so difficult to move the weight so huge of depression so hard....

I am sorry you have suffered, depression is horrible when you can't get a handle on it. I too have it...I have chosen to take medication, antidepressants and had done therapy for years. My like is manageable now, but medication isn't for everyone, so talking to a therapist is a good start. Glad your sharing here.
