Biggest lie we tell ourselves! My mind can’t trick my panic with that one. My body knows there will be several more during my lifetime

Just loosen up mentally and physically, and let the "tidal wave" of panic wash over you. It WILL end. Struggling against it just adds more adrenaline in your system and helps feed the agitation.

When you get a chance, a great book for panic attacks is "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Claire Weekes. I bought it many years ago, and it was a great help.

I understand what you're saying , Monday afternoon I had the worst anxiety..i woke up Tuesday & my body feels like it was hit by a train..still does today. I wish you all the best & peace of mind!!!

Yep I call it my anxiety hangover and after a panic attack I’m sore and I sleep 3 days ... every single time!

My problem is trying to sleep!!!
