After taking my meds for the first time again in a year... I woke up today as if nothing bad had ever happened these past months. I didn’t expect that, I’m mind blown, but I’m not complaining. So I will share what worked for me and maybe it’ll help someone else. I’m categorized on record as a very severe case.
100mg pristiq
5mg abilify
1mg xanax (one at night to sleep and extra for emergencies in case of a panic attack)
Abilify and xanax work pretty immediately on me. Pristiq is my long term that works more and more over the course of a month or two.
My disorders were so severe that it took me taking 6 doses of strong sleep meds to sedate myself enough to get to a doctor. 6 doses to take me from the level I was functioning at in my peak to get down to being able to function enough for public. I was so wired from panic that those doses did not make me feel sedated or sleepy. It brought me from like a level 10 to a level 3. *I would not recommend this to anyone ever!* I’m only giving an example to display how serious I was and I did it... you can too!
Today I woke up with zero rushing thoughts, zero fear, adequate energy, and my head is as clear as someone who doesn’t suffer.
