Another day

I did ok yesterday, I ate more than previous days. But I hate that feeling when I wake up it obvious that it's going to be another Fight my anxiety Day. It's Exhausting!!! But what is the alternative??? Want this to Stop waking up Normal 😞 So I'll keep the Fight going. Getting out and do some chores only cause there doing street sweeping on my street, I have to move my car...otherwise I'd stay in bed.

Every day is a fight my anxiety day over here. I hear you. It’s rough. I just try to take steps forward and try not to let the anxiety have much power. But it’s real too real. Wishing you the best.
