I did ok yesterday, I ate more than previous days. But I hate that feeling when I wake up it obvious that it's going to be another Fight my anxiety Day. It's Exhausting!!! But what is the alternative??? Want this to Stop waking up Normal 😞 So I'll keep the Fight going. Getting out and do some chores only cause there doing street sweeping on my street, I have to move my car...otherwise I'd stay in bed.
