Ways to push yourself through depression?

Hi all. I have a lot of experience coping with anxiety, but lately have been struggling with depression. It’s almost like a deep boredom where I don’t know what to do with myself and nothing seems enjoyable. I know it’s temporary and feel a lot of it is due to impatience with my job and the winter weather. Part of me feels like I just need to cry for a long time and that that would release a valve If anyone has any advice, I’d really appreciate it 🙂

Crying does help..... alot. But it's also hard to do when you get no privacy....I cry in to shower so I can blame the red eyes on soap.


Crying helps. Finding joy in small things helps. Talking and venting out helps, and I hope you are getting enough of it: SLEEP helps.
