I'm grateful to have found this. Just wanted to tell you a little about how I found my way here. This is my journey:

Hi, I just signed up with my provider's website so that I could keep up with my health & treatment information. I was aware that I had issues, but there were many diagnoses in my record. I was shocked! At the same time I am so sick of feeling the way I do. I clicked on all the different issues, such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc. I found this resource as an optional online connection.

I am also a recovering alcoholic in AA (almost 25 years), so am used to "group" discussions. I had recent triple disk fusion spine surgery & trying to recover from it. I had it last October. Recovery time to "normal" is 1 to 2 years. I'll be off of work until at least April.

I decided this would be a good venue for learning& sharing.

Depression has been an issue for years, but the rest has been diagnosed within the last 6 months. I'm early in recovery with all these mental issues so, needless to say, I'm "dazed & confused" & pretty much an all-around mess!

So.... that's my story and I'm sticking to it

wow ur story sounds almost identical to mine i also have those diagnosis and follow my provider on their web app. it's amazing that we have these symptoms i never knew other people actually felt this way too.
