Introduction--Hannah

Hello everyone! I just wanted to go ahead and let everyone in the community know who I am. My name is Hannah, and I have been struggling with anxiety for about 10 years. My anxiety stems from growing up with an emotionally and occasionally physically abusive step-mother. For the past year or so I have begun dealing with symptoms of PTSD from certain traumas I experienced as a child. These symptoms include flashbacks and avoidance behavior. After having multiple daily panic attacks for a couple of months about a year ago, I lost my job. I then lost a long-term relationship and my home. I've had to move twice in this past year. So needless to say, I'm dealing with a lot right now, and I'm excited to have found a community of people who really might understand.

Nice to meet you this is a good place to talk I have anxiety and high blood pressure capsule of this is been difficult in my live to manage to work and my personal life, at lease in this place there people that understand what Iam doing through and listen to me and give me support and tips to manage my anxiety
