So sorry for your suffering, but you have the Xanax, use them to your advantage, if you are in doubt, talk to your Dr. You have my empathy, I am going thru hell and use Levothyroxine a mild dose .5, perhaps you could split your pill if you think it is too much.I send you my love and good wishes.
