Hey everyone ! I'm new here, and I just wanted to say hi to everyone and send off good vibes. I joined to have some support since I have so many thoughts that I need to get out. Can't afford any therapist so I'm giving this a try. I'm 28 and I suffering from post partum depression and terrible anxiety.
