My depression

I don’t know if I am doing the right thing anymore. It started out as writing, then drawing, then not eating, then sleeping in... To the point where I would hurt myself physically, by cutting. I don’t feel like myself anymore because of my depression getting worse and worse...

Joellamae, once the depression starts getting out of control and you resort to self harm, then it is time to seek professional help. We can only offer comfort, support and understanding but because we are not doctors, you do need to sent up an appointment with one. This happens in our lives at times where life gets too overwhelming and you need an expert to help sort things out. I wish you well. We are here for you as well. xx

I agree with Agora. Please seek out professional help as soon as possible. You can always call a crisis line for someone to talk to during the holiday when offices are closed.

I'm so glad that you came here and hope you will keep posting. All of us are here for a reason and you will find friends who understand.
