Is this anxiety or something else?

I've been feeling really strange for the past 3 months. Strange how? Well, everything seems unreal or like I'm in a dream like state. It's freaking scary. I swear I am losing my mind. I worry I have a medical condition that is destroying my brain and cognitive ability. I worry one day I won't know who I am or where I am. I've had anxiety for 20 years now. I suffer from panic attacks about once a month. Am I in a fog, depressed, sick, etc? Just want to talk to someone who has been through this and maybe some advice.

Hello Victor817, you may be experiencing what is called depersonalization. I have been there. Please visit anxietycentre.com for all the symptoms of anxiety. This site saved my life, I broke down all of the things that I was experiencing before I even realized I had anxiety, it helped to calm me down. I hope this helps.
