Anxiety is very peak

In my office we hv big dining hall ther we will hv lunch. The lunch is 1pm to 1.30pm.

During that time i feel more anxious bcoz they may thing otherwayaround bcoz of eating style. So i avoided, i sat in one corner and eat. My friends asked why you alone eating your like that. So how to solve this.

If i alone eat i am more comfort. But if sit 6chair table, i am anixous peak
