Help for loved one with ANXIETY

Hi, all! I am new to the community and am desperately seeking help for my boyfriend who really struggles with anxiety and trust issues. I have never given him reason to doubt me, but he says because of his past relationships, he finds it almost impossible to trust me. I simply need advice on how best to support and help him. I’ve learned that he has his problems and there needs to be some separation between him and I. Also if he gets help and treatment it will get better. Even just talking to someone her trusts (not you) will help him and in turn reduce the pressure on you
