Tingling

For the past hour a keep gettin tingle shiver sensation in my left hand then in my chest it comes and goes , has anyone had this ???

davidmcguire8,,, ironically I was reading this post as you were responding to my last response to you. Usually a tingle shiver sensation is coming from the nervous system. Are you left handed?

No right handed , this is all bk again honestly it was away for few months now am bk to square 1 😭😭😭, a want the help but it seems like my dr doesn't care etc , I've quit my job everything through this

davidmcguire, I'm sorry that you had to quit your job but I understand because I did too when it got too bad for me. We need and want answers, but sometimes there aren't any answers for the doctor to come up with short of it being anxiety caused. I know it seems like they don't care but believe me they do. They are frustrated when not being able to help a patient. That's why so many GPs hand out antianxiety meds or at least use to. It's a good way for them to give the patient some relief for a while anyway.

When anxiety and it's issues get to the point of taking over your life completely, other things need to be considered. Either consult with medical specialists or mental health doctor taking it out of the hands of the GP. I went even as far as going in patient to the hospital to get the intense help I needed. Like you it was chronic physical symptoms with daily crying. I felt as if I was barely existing, certainly not living. No one understood what it was like for me. I didn't have a forum or any support so the hospital provided me that for 6 weeks. Yes over a month..

Don't give up david. It's a matter of finding what works for you ruling out any medical issues that may also be present exacerbating the anxiety. Sometimes we need to be our own Advocate.
