Ever taken Abilify but not diagnosed as bipolar YET?

Has anyone taken Abilify for depression, anixety and mood swings and thoughts that just never stop in your head? My doctor is recommending. Im already on Straterra for adhd, wellbutrin for depression and mood, and spironolactone for hormonal acne.

No i haven't. So you think you may have bipolar disorder? I highly recommend getting a psychiatrist, that's what I'm planning on doing myself.

I have no clue what i have. My kind is a rat race. I cant stop it.

I understand and neither do i. Do you have a therapist by any chance? I recommend seeking help from them and also getting a psychiatrist if you think there is a serious issue that's underlying. If not, just start out by simply talking to your primary doctor.
