5 Things I'm thankful for today and 2 things to improve.

1) Being able to breathe

2) Being able to walk out of bed

3) Being able to drive out of my house for a little while.

4) Having a good meal this morning

5) my Family

I need to go to bed early today to function better tomorrow. No more going to bed late.

I need to surround myself with positivity as much as I can. Stay away from negative things that hinder my growth.

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with my mental health and my mother told me to try this very thing that you posted. Keep it up, stay positive, there will be more and more things that you find to be thankful for.

Agreed. So many things. As a matter of fact I'm thankful right now for having you make my day a little better. Your words are a beacon of light in my world right now. I'd definitely like to see you post the things that you are thankful for as well. 😉
