I am 41 years old and I have been dealing with bipolar depression for several months. Although my doctor has adjusted my meds, my depression has not improved. It is hard for me to get out of bed and I can’t concentrate at work. I have been absent so many times this year that I am in danger of being fired. My boss and my family think that I am lazy. I want to switch doctors and therapists but nobody is available anytime this year. I don’t know what I should do.
