Upset Stomach, Can't Eat

It feels like every time I consume something it just goes straight through me. Nothing feels good to eat. My appetite is all over the place. Often it feels like I can get so hungry I get nauseous and don't want to eat.

Is there a way around this?

You might want to try keeping to a schedule eat at same times every day... If there is a stomach bug going around or just a lot of anxiety you may want to try saltines and hot tea or ginger ale...

I experience the same thing and it seems to be worsening. Try to stay hydrated and try Metamucil wafers. I find they help to bind things up a bit...a good thing for me.

When I was like that I found that soft foods help. Mashed potatoes. I would cook spinach until really tender and eat that. Worked for me, but everyone is different. I also started drinking ensure because it has lots of vitamins and nutrition.

Hey comb, have you been tested for lactose or fructose intolerance? Maybe you have IBS. It can be anxiety-related.
