Anxiety and phobia need help

I think I have anxiety and phobia. I can't get out of bed. Some days are better than others. My husband wants to get braces and I can't handle it. I'm afraid of it. His teeth aren't even that bad so I'm mad for him for wanting them and for all these feelings I'm having. We don't have money for them either. It makes me sick to think about him getting them. We have an amazing marriage but the last year I have developed some serious anxiety....

I'm very sorry for the struggles you're having. I'll be praying that they get resolved quickly (prayer can be retroactive). Not getting out of bed is a sign of depression. Being highly afraid of your husband getting braces is anxiety-driven, though it's logical to worry if you truly can't afford them. Is he in the habit of spending money you don't have, or is it possible he has a workable plan to pay for the braces?

Where there is anxiety, there usually is depression sooner or later. It's been a year since your question was posted, do you have an update for us? Take care.
