This anxiety makes me depressed

Im fed up of feeling anxious about the slightest things even when it involves making a phone call I get all nervous. Also I still love my ex and want to be with them but I know my family dislikes her a lot I have to sneak over and see her but the whole time im so on edge incase my mum finds out. Im just too scared to even sit down and talk to my mum the thought of it makes me anxious and sick I feel such a pathetic child.

Im 31 shes 46 we initially split so I moved back here but now we have been seeing each other again.
