Ok it has passed now! I hate these things! I went outside and walked in my backyard and put my feet in my pool. We just got this pool and I can't even enjoy it. 😡😩

It didn't last long but it sure scared the heck out of me. Hubbie and I were eating dinner and it started to feel like everything was closing in on me. That in turn made me think scary thoughts and then it was on!!

It does help to post here because it gets you out of your head for a few mins. Plus I can see how long ago I posted and when I replied again it was over, so that will show me that they don't last as long as I actually think.
