Nausea

I've recently had about a two month episode of anxiety attacks which I experienced pretty much all day everyday. I think I am finally coming out of it without the help of meds, however the last week I have experienced extreme nausea every morning. Is this still the anxiety, or is it now acid reflux because of the stress I went through. I never throw up, but it literally feels like I will especially in the A.M. hours. Anyone else get this?? And if so, how do you cope??
