I just got through going for a walk and walked 6.25 miles. I listened to music and just cleared my head about everything that was bugging me. I feel great right now. If you are new to depression like I am exercise is working for me along with medication and talking to people on here. I feel so much better today than I have a long time. I know it's still going to be a long hard road and I am up to the challenge. To everyone that has talked with me or replied to my comments I just want to say thank you so much foe your advice.

I'm trying to. It's hard but I'm putting all of my heart and soul into getting better. The advice I have received from this group of people is priceless. I'm just glad that I'm changing my life for the better. Don't get me wrong I still have the anxiety and depression and it's going to be a long time before I'm ok and able to manage it on an everyday second by second basis.

Nothing's better than going about and about walking in the sunshine. Freeing your mind of all old things. Breathe in the fresh air and let the Vit D generate upon your skin. Guarante you'll feel much within.

I felt so much better afterwards. I'm going to go for a walk everyday if not every other day at the least.

That's awesome you found your space to focus within. It's very progressive that you stepped up to find an outlet to cancel out negative energy. Huge. Keep it up and be consistent on that practice!

How awesome!!!!! I was told a long time a go by a Dr. To completely change my routine, especially in the morning, because that is always anxiety go time. Yuck!

He said, "get up, shower immediately. Then get OUT of THE HOUSE! Go where people are, exercise, coffee house, library, or park. Work, of couse qualifies, I was just not having to work then.

I was not agoraphobic, but being social was a struggle. It worked! It was not easy at all the first few times, but then I realized I was not experiencing the same anxiety and overthinking!

So GO YOU, Royal777!!!!!! You are an inspiration to yourself and others!
