Child abduction, how do I cope?

Hi, I'm new here, but I need to start taking control of my life and need help.

My child was abducted a year ago and he is only 4 1/2. I have only seen him for 3 hours in a year, with next to no telephone access.

My depression levels were critical, but I am now on medication to help.

I need to speak to a counselor but I live on a tiny Caribbean Island with no support.

Can anyone help?

Omg I have no idea what I would do. I'm also really confused about that whole situation. . if there is anything I can do let me know. Or if you just need to talk I am here. We all need someone to talk to every once in a while

Which island is your home? Not Nevis, I hope, as that is just about the smallest island there.

A little confused. Your child was abducted by whom and when? Did you see your child for three hours after he was abducted or after?

Are you sending this posting b phone or computer?Wha medication are you taking and what island did you need to go to see the doctor and get the medicine?

Your answers will better help us understand your situation What type of help are you asking for? A way to get your child back? Know you would like to see a counsler for therapy....are there any near you?

I know you must be worried and scared, but please help us to help you by providing additional information that I asked.

Worst thing to happen to a parent. I can only say god give you strength to cope and find your baby. I hope the cops trace the suspect and bring your child home.

I can't even say to u - try counseling, relax since I know u probably can't even sleep.

That is such an awful thing to have happen to a parent... I'm so sorry that it happened. The first step is to just have a vent session. Let it all out to someone that you trust. It should not be bottled up.
