She thinks that by just pushing it to the side or not thinking about it it will disappear and I just want to scream but ask my parents and my elders y respect then and never say anything. I live in Mexico where these mental issues aren't taken seriously and I just feel hopeless. I hate myself and just wish I could sleep forever. I can't control my anxiety and they just don't understand.

Is there no adult you can turn to? A neighbor, a teacher? Someone? Can I help you?
Have you seen doctors ? Please try to look for help, it will make you feel better at least somebody to talk to
