for sleep i use melatonin(supplement) and have found so far that it works better than your typical OTC sleep medicine. I battle with narcolepsy and since I started taking the natrol brand melatonin (10mg) gummies, i have been having much better sleep than ever.

please note that for best performance you would need to ensure your sleep area is comfortable and you clear your mind before going to bed. I wake up refreshed even if temporarily and ready to begin my day.

*** i should also add that i take everyone of my non stimulant medications, including bupropion every night before bed( Effexor xl, clonazepam, and bupropion xl). I would also like to add that my experience with bupropion is that it in fact helps me to get out of bed when i wake up the next morning. Without it, i used to struggle to get out of bed but with bupropion, i am usually up and ready to start my day each morning.
